Production Planning

It is our objective that your conference programme effectively communicates your marketing message to the invited audience. In order to achieve this, our production planning will involve strategic discussions with your team well before the event takes place.

As we get to know your organisation and corporate values, we will be able to reflect these in the "live" elements and management of technical production techniques.

We will discuss with you how the event will look and run in detail, to decide on the preferred approach and gain approval from all that have an interest in the event. This avoids any surprises on the day of the event, and allows everyone to concentrate on the programme and interaction with the delegates.

Project Management

Each conference or roadshow will involve contributions from multiple external suppliers as well as internal teams; these could include speakers, sales and marketing executives, administrative personnel, technical crew, catering and venue staff, to name but a few.

As production managers we can manage and direct this team both in the planning stages and at the event, including identifying key deliverables and managing the production timeline.

Creative and Technical Production

We work with highly skilled and experienced technical and creative teams that are specialised in producing live events.

Our role as production managers is to bring advise on what technical and creative solutions work well in practice and what ideas are best avoided. We then see this process through to the full production on the day of the event.

Stage Management

A lot of planning will go into your event.  But there is always an element of "the unexpected" that will visit the event on the day.

Our strength as event managers is to help you deal with the unexpected on the day.  Throughout the programme we aim to be one step ahead to manage the speakers and technical crew, as well as the expectations of the audience.

Risk Management

Event event incurs a variety of programme risks, technical risks, systemic risks and health and safety risks.

We will help you identify these risks, lay down strategies and actions to reduce these risks, and prepare the necessary documentation.
